Short verdict: Estemoon is an agency, not a clinic. Its own website calls it a "health tourism and medical travel company" in Istanbul and says treatments are performed in contracted health institutions. It sells hair transplants alongside plastic surgery, dental work and weight-loss surgery. Its cost page gives ranges of $1,500 to $5,000 depending on technique, about €1,330 to €4,430, but no fixed price for its three packages, and the hotel and transfers are only listed in the top package. It names no doctor. Patient scores are mixed: 3.6 on Trustpilot from 363 reviews and 4.8 on Google Maps. We rate it 3.3 of 5, #54 of the 100 clinics in our database. Is Estemoon a clinic or an agency?
An agency. Estemoon's "About us" page describes it as a health tourism and medical travel company and says treatments "will be performed in contracted health institutions that have a health tourism authorization certificate". It names three: Avrasya Medical and Health Services, and two oral and dental polyclinics. The page does not say which of them carries out hair transplants.
The model is common and legal, but it adds a link to the chain. You pay Estemoon, while the operation happens in another company's facility, with that facility's team. Since the 2025 Regulation on International Health Tourism, an intermediary company also needs its own authorisation certificate from USHAŞ, the state health tourism company. We found no such certificate number for Estemoon on its website, so ask for it. Ask too, in writing, which facility will treat you, with its address, and who is responsible if something goes wrong after you fly home.
How much does a hair transplant with Estemoon cost?
Estemoon gives ranges rather than prices. Its cost page lists $1,500 to $4,000 for FUE, $2,000 to $4,500 for Sapphire FUE and $2,500 to $5,000 for DHI, about €1,330 to €4,430 across all three. Its homepage FAQ quotes $1,290 to $1,500 for an all-inclusive Sapphire FUE package. The three package cards on the cost page carry no price, so the written quote is the only figure to plan with.

What is included in Estemoon's packages?
Fewer extras than the homepage suggests. The homepage promises "all-inclusive packages" with VIP transfers, accommodation and aftercare, but on the cost page the hotel (2 nights, 5-star) and private VIP transfers appear only in the top package, DHI Premium Regeneration.

Who performs the surgery?
Estemoon does not say. Its website names no doctor and does not explain who performs each step. The cost page opens with a statement written in the first person by a hair restoration surgeon who says they are an ISHRS member, but the surgeon is not named. Our profile records the procedure as not doctor-led.
This matters because the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) treats graft harvesting and the creation of recipient sites as surgical steps for a licensed physician. Before you pay a deposit, ask for the name of the facility, the name of the doctor responsible, and which steps that doctor will perform. Which techniques does Estemoon offer?
Sapphire FUE and DHI with the Choi implanter pen, with DHI as the main method. DHI is widely available: 89 of the 100 clinics in our database offer it, and 49 treat it as their main technique. What do Estemoon's patient reviews say?
They are split. On Trustpilot, Estemoon has a TrustScore of 3.6 from 363 reviews: 67% five-star and 21% one-star, with few in between. Trustpilot notes that the company has not invited customers recently and has not replied to negative reviews. On Google Maps it held 4.8 at our last check. Read the one-star reviews on both platforms and look for themes that repeat, such as communication after the trip or differences between the quote and the final bill.
Is Estemoon legit?
Estemoon is an Istanbul company that says it has more than 8 years of experience, and it names the health institutions it works with. In our Transparency Index it meets 3 of 8 criteria: written package contents, a statement that its partner facilities hold a health tourism authorisation, and links to independent reviews. We checked the website by hand on 28 September 2026 and again in October 2026. A cross means we could not find the fact on the company's own site, not that it does not exist.
