I had a hair transplant at Natural Clinic in Istanbul one year ago. Before the procedure, they showed me many impressive before-and-after photos and assured me that, since I was not completely bald and only had thinning hair, I would achieve a very full and natural result. Immediately after the procedure, I noticed that the number of grafts transplanted seemed very low. When I raised my concerns, I was told that it was more than enough and that I would definitely get the result I wanted. Over the following months, I sent photos several times to show the progress. Each time, after long delays, I received the same response: it was still too early and I needed to wait longer. Now, one full year later, I have sent new photos and videos, but I no longer receive any response at all. My messages are being read, yet neither the clinic nor my contact person makes any effort to reply or address my concerns. I am extremely disappointed with both the final result and the lack of customer suppor
